Break the cycle of conformity in leadership. Become the leader YOU were meant to be.

Career Mentorship

Strategic in nature, career mentorship is a service designed to help women in STEM fields expertly steer career advancement without sacrificing who they are or what is important to them.

Difficult work environments and career decisions are a given but you don’t have to face them alone. Trudy helps individuals reframe their scenario, evaluate choices, and make well-informed decisions that not only meet your career goals but enhance your quality of life. Career mentorship is a preferred learning model, providing a powerful partnership where you can learn how to:

  • manage up effectively

  • build better performing teams

  • fearlessly embrace new roles and responsibilities

  • mitigate stress

  • face a career crisis

  • embrace long-term planning

I met Trudy 4 years ago and quickly decided that of all the senior people I was considering to be my mentor, she’d be an ideal advisor for me as an early career female in a STEM field and organization. She helped me navigate my organization and provided me opportunities to experience and grow outside of my job by connecting me with beneficial contacts and through external site visits allowing me to see first-hand the potential and impact that STEM work has. With her guidance and support, she helped me through a challenging relocation decision, advised me on potential promotion opportunities, and helped me find ways to integrate my personal and work lives for better balance. I know that no matter where I am in my life and career, Trudy will be there to support and empower me. She remains, to this day, a go-to person for me.
